1 pound of luchickenChesapeakemp or backfin crab meat
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon of Old Bay
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 egg beaten
2 lbs of chicken breast cut into 8 filets
1 can of chicken gravy
1 cup of shredded cheddar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl with a fork (do not blend)
  3. Spray a cooking sheet with non-stick spray
  4. Place the eight breasts on the sheet, scoop out equal portions of the crab mixture and top the chicken breasts
  5. Cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar over each piece and then cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Heat chicken gravy.
  8. Drizzle chicken gravy over each breast before serving.
